Are you interested in Healthcare Support Worker retention?
Join the Retention Learning Labs to find out more!
Thanks to the efforts of our colleagues across the regions, we have welcomed over 13,000 new HCSWs to the NHS since January 2021, over half of which are new to healthcare. Our focus must now turn to the retention of this valuable workforce, to ensure that they are supported, developed and empowered to thrive in their roles.
NHS England and NHS Improvement’s Healthcare Support Worker retention workstream are delivering a series of 6 interactive “Retention Learning Labs”, to share learning, practice and innovation as well as an opportunity to consider the latest data and evidence on HCSW retention.
Session 2 will be held on Thursday 8th July 2021 (10:30am-12:30pm) and more information can be found here, including a link to book onto the session.
