Wakefield COVID-19 Research Trial – Recruiting now!

Help us find a way to prevent COVID-19

Wakefield has been selected to take part in an Antibody Research Trial in the global efforts to find a way to prevent COVID-19.

This is an opportunity for those living in the Wakefield District to take part in this research trial in November. Please get involved if you can – every participant who supports the trial is helping us get closer to finding a way to prevent COVID-19. The trial is being delivered in Wakefield through a partnership – Wakefield Together – which is made up of Spectrum Community Health CIC, Wakefield Council and NHS partners.

We are looking for people at risk of exposure to COVID-19 to take part. You may be able to join if you are an adult and have not had a previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19.

Could you be eligible?

Volunteers needed for this study should:

  • be aged 18 or older
  • must not have a previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19
