I lead the Wakefield System Workforce Programme Management Office. I am an experienced senior manager with a strong record of achievement across health and social care, delivering major change programmes. I have extensive experience of programme management and system leadership.

I’m really excited about leading the System Workforce PMO. We have a great team dedicated to delivering The Wakefield People Plan. Developing and supporting our workforce is and always should be a top priority for the system.
