Dr Linda Harris OBE FRCGP is the founding Chief Executive and Chief Medical Officer of Spectrum Community Health CIC, a not for profit organisation delivering a range of community and health and Justice services on behalf of the NHS, Local Authority and other partners in sites across the North of England.
A former Wakefield GP and passionate advocate for patient centred, values-based services with an interest in inclusion health, system change, substance misuse recovery and workforce wellbeing
Linda has had a senior leadership role at Wakefield place for a number of years and is proud to be the SRO for the Wakefield Workforce Programme sharing that responsibility with Phillip Marshall
A Trustee of the Charity Spectrum People and Executive Chair of SLD Training, a subsidiary of the CIC which hosts the national RCGP accredited Certificates in Substance Misuse and Associated Health training programmes
Linda was awarded the OBE in the 2021 New Year’s Honors for services to the NHS
