Free Advanced Care Planning and Bereavement Webinars

Do you want to work with individuals and groups in your community?

Are you passionate about improving people’s lives/care?

Can you support people to have better, more personalised conversations about Advance Care Planning (ACP) and bereavement that are tailored to their needs?

If yes, become a Champion!

The West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership in collaboration with Wakefield Hospice, St Gemma’s Hospice and Overgate Hospice are offering free webinars to upskill people working or volunteering across health, social care and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Advance Care Planning and Bereavement Support.

This will help to build the emotional resilience of our communities and will support you to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to help people plan ahead for their health and social care needs and support those who are bereaved, whilst tailoring their plans to reflect what matters to them.

This training will equip you with the essential skills to have better, more personalised conversations, offer support and sign post when further help and information is needed.

Sessions are available on;

Thursday 2nd December 12:30-16:00

Tuesday 18th January 09:30-13:00
