Other available resources
In order to deliver co-ordinated, person centred care of the highest quality, we need leaders and managers with a clear vision, drive and compassion.
Leaders and managers should demonstrate behaviours which help them to support and influence the Workforce Transformation programme. These leaders will work collaboratively towards the delivery of seamless care; they will be pivotal in enabling and developing workforce transformation and aligning staff and services to aid integrated working. By working collaboratively to deliver person centred care, we can aid integrated working.
Resources
The NHS have developed a series of guides to help you maintain your own wellbeing and experience of work, whilst also looking after others you work with.
The Skills for Care website also has a dedicated section providing resources and guidance for leaders and managers working in adult social care, which can be found here.
